Our members have access to personal trainers and highly qualified instructors who will guide you through group exercises and one-on-one sessions. These classes and sessions are designed to challenge you to take your fitness to the next level.

We provide a social and fun atmosphere along with safe and effectively designed workouts. With classes being offered throughout the day Monday-Friday you can be sure that we are here to help you get results. Our workouts require no prior exercise knowledge or experience.

We have a variety of of class formats to keep you motivated and interested. Take the first step to improving your overall fitness by attending one of our classes or meeting for a one-on-one session with our personal trainers.

Child Watch Services

Check out our Child Watch service. Enjoy your workout or swim comfortably while we provide your child with quality childcare. Parents can enjoy their workouts while their children are interacting and playing with other kids in the Kiddie Korner. Children will have all types of activities to choose from, such as organized games, coloring and exercise activities.

Karate Club & Other Kids Programs

Our Martial Arts training program is led by instructor Glenn Carder. The program  has international accreditation and is part of the International Shorinji Kempo Karate Federation. This program is for existing NOMAD Karate Club students as well as “first time” students.

Aquatics Programs & Therapy

Our aquatics programs are offered to members of all ages, with swim lesson starting at just 6 months old. We have programs that can accomodate families of all sizes and fees to fit any budget.

Our instructors work with you to improve technique to ensure everyone receives the most benefit from your time at our facility. We even have our top ranked swim team for those who like to swim competitively.

Our Aquatics Therapy program can be use to help the injury healing process. You will use water instead of weights, also known as Hydrostatic pressure, to build up strength with the help of our instructors.
